Mandatory Equivalency Procedure For Unlisted / Suspended Universities

Apply for UPDA MMUP Exam via Baladiya

The first step is to apply for the UPDA MMUP Exam through the Baladiya (MME) portal.

Since the university is unlisted or suspended, the application will be rejected by the Ministry, and an official rejection letter will be issued.

Important: This rejection letter is a mandatory document for initiating the equivalency process.

Apply for School Equivalency Certificate

Using the rejection letter issued by MME, the next step is to apply for the School Equivalency Certificate.

Required Documents:
• 12th Certificate or Diploma Certificate with MOFA Attestation and Marksheets.

Once verified, the School Equivalency Certificate will be issued.

Apply for Degree Equivalency Certificate

After obtaining the School Equivalency, you can proceed to apply for the Degree Equivalency Certificate.

This step validates your engineering degree through Your University.

Final Approval & Resubmission

Once the Degree Equivalency Certificate is approved, you can Re-apply for the UPDA MMUP Exam through the Baladiya portal (MME).

Success: Upon Successful Submission, The Exam Date will be Scheduled Within 30 Days.
